Two friends shared their stories about going through every bottle to find one their infant would take. One friend said this was the only bottle her daughter would use. The other friend never found this bottle and was never able to get her daughter to take a bottle. This is the only bottle we have tried and our son seems to be doing wonderfully with it.

If your breasts are too big, or the baby's mouth is too small -- or if baby just isn't figuring out how to nurse -- this is THE bottle for you.
My baby couldn't latch on right when he was born, and then couldn't figure it out later. For the first 6 weeks I pumped milk and tried bottle after bottle, each claiming to be "the most like breastfeeding" -- but no luck. Within 2 days using the Breastflow, my boy started latching and sucking normally, and was breastfeeding full time soon after.
From now on, I will be buying one of these for every expecting mom I know, just in case.

The breastflow nipple and bottle system from The First Years was a life saver for us. My now 5 month old daughter refused every bottle on the market but this one. I was referred to it by a lactation consultant, and BOY was she right! I could never leave my baby for more than 1-2 before finding these bottles.
