Message to Barbie Fran: The Dream Screen has 3 modes: parent-activated, child-activated and MP3 activated. While there is not a volume control per se, the parent-activated mode is designed at a decibel level that is lower in order to soothe the child to a restful sleep. The child-activated mode has a livelier upbeat tempo that is a little louder to engage the child. The MP3 mode goes no higher that the child activated mode. Also, keep in mind, this product encourages visual tracking at an early stage in the infant's development process as it's main feature.

I am considering buying this item for my 5 month old grandaughter. Since I have not seen this item in use, my question is - "Does the Dream Screen have an adjustable volume control?? Thank You
